Who you are buying from

Felihz, operating in India. Contact details are on the contact page and in every order confirmation.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. Until then we may decline it — with a full refund — if the item is out of stock, the address cannot be served, or the order looks fraudulent.

Prices

All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Shipping is added at checkout where it applies, and is shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

Discount codes

One code per order unless we say otherwise. Codes have no cash value, may be limited in number or time, and can be withdrawn if they are being abused. A code applied to an order that is later cancelled is not automatically reissued.

Subscriptions

Where a subscription is offered, the discount applies for as long as it runs. You can skip, pause or cancel at any time before the next dispatch, from the link in your order emails or by writing to us.

The product

Our products are cosmetics. They are not medicines, and nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Patch test if your skin is reactive, keep it away from the eyes, and stop using it if irritation occurs.

Delivery and risk

Risk passes to you on delivery. Delivery estimates are the courier's typical times, not guarantees.

Returns

Set out in full on the returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
