The short version
Unopened bottles can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. You do not have to tell us why.
How to start one
- Email hello@felihz.com with your order number.
- We reply with a return label, usually the same day.
- Where the courier serves your PIN code, we arrange a free pickup. Otherwise we send a prepaid label to drop off.
- Once it reaches us, the refund goes back to the original payment method within five working days.
Opened bottles
An opened bottle cannot be resold, so we cannot take it back as a change of mind. That is a hygiene rule, not a technicality we hide behind — if there is something actually wrong with the product, the next section applies instead.
If something is wrong with it
Leaking, damaged, short-filled, or it does not smell right: email us with a photograph and your order number, opened or not. We replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer, and we cover the freight both ways.
What we cannot refund
- Bottles returned after 14 days from delivery.
- Opened bottles without a fault.
- Items damaged after delivery.
- The original shipping charge, where one was paid, unless the return is our fault.
Exchanges
We do not run exchanges as a separate process — it is faster to refund the return and place a fresh order, and you are not waiting on our stock to move twice.
Refund timing
We issue the refund within five working days of the return arriving. Your bank or UPI provider then takes its own time, usually three to seven days, which is outside our control.
