What it costs
Free on orders over ₹1,500. Below that, a flat ₹79 anywhere in India. The charge is shown at checkout before you pay, never added afterwards.
When it leaves us
Orders placed before 14:00 IST on a working day are dispatched the same day. Anything later goes out the next working day. We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.

These are the courier's typical times, not a guarantee. Weather, strikes and festival volumes all stretch them, and we would rather say so than promise a date we do not control.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email the moment the courier collects the parcel. If it has not moved for three working days, email us and we will chase it — you should not have to.
Wrong or incomplete address
Couriers will attempt delivery up to three times. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody was reachable, we will refund the item price minus the return freight, or resend it once you confirm the correct address.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the parcel before opening it fully and email us the same day. We replace transit damage at our cost.
International
We do not ship outside India yet. If you are somewhere else and want it, tell us where — we use those messages to decide where to open next.
